P&C Workforce Consulting, LLC helps growing organizations bring clarity to workforce decisions, compliance, people operations, and the full employee lifecycle.

PNC was born from a need to bridge the gap between complex workforce requirements and human-centered culture. Employers were being asked to move faster, document more, protect workers more clearly, and adopt new technology without losing the trust of their teams.

When Ernesto moved on from the corporate world, he saw an opportunity to support growing organizations that did not need another narrow consultant. They needed an intelligent umbrella: a system that could cover every spoke of the HR wheel while staying practical, protective, and human.

He partnered with Nadine to create a founder-led consultancy where operational strategy and talent architecture work in sync. Together, they built PNC to help organizations Procure, Develop, Compensate, Integrate, and Maintain their workforce through tech-enabled strategy and culture-aware compliance.
